By using Prospera you agree to these terms. Prospera is provided as-is for personal financial planning. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice.

The service

Prospera projects checking, savings, investments, and debt on a calendar using schedules you configure and, optionally, data synced through Plaid. Projections are estimates and may be incomplete or incorrect.

Accounts

You must keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate these terms.

Your data

You retain ownership of the financial information you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate Prospera. See the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Bank connections use Plaid. Google sign-in uses Google OAuth. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you use those features.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for decisions you make based on projections, for bank or Plaid outages, or for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
